Based in Oxnard, California, Josh oversees day-to-day operations, safety management, and mission readiness, ensuring the seamless coordination of critical medical transport services. Originally born and raised in Texas, Josh carries with them the work ethic, values, and determination instilled from their roots. With a career spanning 3 years in aviation and emergency response, they have logged extensive flight hours in challenging environments, always prioritizing patient safety and rapid response. In their role as COO, Josh combines operational expertise with a pilot’s perspective, strengthening organizational strategy, compliance, and training standards. Aaron Castro, originally from Nashville, Tennessee, is the Chief Financial Analyst and lead PC-12 pilot for Peak Medevac, where he combines his expertise in aviation and finance to support life-saving operations. In addition to his Medevac leadership role, he serves as a Captain for American Airlines out of the KLAX hub. Aaron is type-rated in the Airbus A319, A320, A321, Embraer 170, Cessna Citation X, and the Pilatus PC-12, reflecting his versatility across both turboprop and jet aircraft.
